I highly recommend Accredited Building Consultants (ABC)... for a home construction inspection! From the start, they came highly recommended to me from a real estate law attorney and then ABC's communication, professionalism and service absolutely confirmed the basis for that recommendation. Second, ABC found everything that I was concerned about and more... they found several more items that were important to call out in the inspection report and confirmed some key items where the builder did not complete the project per the contract and architectural plans. For my own financial protection and peace of mind, ABC's service was worth far more than it cost me. ABC also offered to come back for a reinspection at 11 months into my 12-month warranty to ensure that nothing covered by the warranty would fall through the cracks and not get covered by the builder's warranty. On top of all that, they were courteous, friendly and reliable to work with... and, they jumped through numerous scheduling hoops to accommodate the builder's inspection availability and my move date. Very happy with ABC's service!read more
