Fred performed a punch-out inspection of the new home I... purchased- not only did he come on fairly short notice, but he found a few pretty significant issues that I was able to get sorted with the builder! He is thorough and knows what the builder is responsible for fixing and what should not be included in the report. His report also includes what the homeowner should do as preventative maintance.
