Accredited Building Consultants Inc. is a family-owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team of Fred and Nancy Sylvester, serving the area with inspection services since 1993. Nancy Sylvester is a retired Realtor and Mortgage Broker bringing a wealth of experience of the real estate business making booking an inspection process effortless. Fred has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1973 and his core knowledge is derived from almost 50 years of construction experience. Mr. Sylvester is licensed in the State of Florida as a Home Inspector (HI-278), Building Contractor (CB-C025051), Mold Assessor (MRSA-911), Mold Remediator (MRSR-1017) and an Independent All Lines Insurance Adjuster # W 107270. Fred also holds an SBCCI (ICC) Certified Building Inspectors License # 5110 since 1993 and is also a Certified Building Science Envelope Institute (BESI) Level 2 inspector. The company is also an established member of InterNACHI Certified Inspectors License # 10082403.
