What Does Your Inspection Cover?
ABC covers at a minimum the International Standards of Practice for General Home Inspection issued by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which can be viewed by just (clicking here). However, we cover so much more. Included in every scheduled inspection is a Free Thermal Imaging scan and a Free Appliance Recall Chek. We generally will walk your roof and crawl your attic if it can be done safely and without damaging the structure.
How long have you been conducting inspections and how many inspections have you completed?
Since 1993 and we have performed thousands of inspections. Don’t be fooled by the fluffed-up inspection company.
Are you specifically experienced in residential and or commercial inspections?
Since 1983 we have been licensed State of Florida Division 1 Building Contractor constructing custom homes and commercial structures. We have been performing both commercial and residential building inspections since 1993. We are one of the most experienced in Southwest Florida.
Do you offer repairs or improvements based on the inspection?
Absolutely not! Even though the State will allow Division 1 Contractors, that are home inspectors, to perform repair work we feel that it is a gross conflict of interest. We have a moral obligation to our clients and the industry to not have an interest in any way in the transaction.
